Hi there! I’m Tina Araujo, a student of Data Analytics with a growing fascination for the insights and stories that data can reveal. The world of data is expanding every day, and I’m excited to be part of it, learning how to turn numbers into meaningful solutions.
A little bit about me: I graduated from the University of California, Irvine, in 2010 with a degree in Literary Journalism. Since then, I’ve worked in the customer experience field, where I developed a deep appreciation for the hard work and value customer service agents bring to both businesses and their customers.
After years of working on the front lines, I realized I wanted to dig deeper into solving customer and business challenges—not just reactively but proactively. That’s what led me to explore the world of data and business analytics. Currently, I’m honing my skills through the Google Data Analytics Certification course on Coursera, and I’m loving every moment of it.
When I’m not immersed in data, you’ll find me exploring my other passions: food, fitness, travel, standup comedy, and, of course, discovering new ways to connect the dots in data. Welcome to my journey—I’m so glad you’re here!
